In 2017 Fall, Meadowbrook Invention made a special film to reverse the harm of the environment. Our biodegradable glitter is safe, and we are using degradable material and renewable and natural resource to make film. It definitely makes the world glitterier and safely, causing no harmful to the mother nature.

FDA Approved Cosmetic Glitter:

WOTC sparkles is Meadowbrook Glitter's Asia sole distributor for decades, manufactured and distributed from New Jersey USA. With more than 45 years of expertise in glitter industry. In season AW 2015/2016, Meadowbrook has launched a full set of Cosmetic Glitter with more than 70 different effects Cosmetic glitter. Each cosmetic glitter is composed by FDA approved pigment which makes it suitable for all makeup products. Selected glitter colors are water soluble/solvent soluble.

Since heavy metal in cosmetic regulation is typically critical, Meadowbrook has launched an advance version of cosmetic glitter named Low Antimony Series. Not only it is composed with FD&C, D&C pigment but also the low antimony result is remarkably stunning with < 0.001ppm.

Mascara Extension Fiber & Hair supplementary Fiber:

WOTC cosmetic fiber has made to order pantone fibers with gurantee 0 color fading/decoloring. With various fiber shapes, length and radius will gives out different types of mascara extension effect.

WOTC cosmetic fiber has create a whole new solution for people who suffer from hair loss. Simply apply with cosmetic adhesive spray,then lightly spray the mircro fine fiber around the hair area. It magically creates a denser hair feeling with a very low cost.

FDA approved Glow in the Dark pigment & FDA approved Neon color pigment:

Neon (Day Glow) color always creates a daily happy and energetic feeling to different make up products. Glow in the dark (Night Glow) color always gives a shiny effect from pitch dark environment. WOTC carries these 2 types of pigment specifically for occasional/seasonal parties and festivals. Both of our Day Glow and Night Glow Series passes EU Cosmetic & USA FDA requirements. These pigments are solvent proof which is suitable to various makeup formulation.
